The smooth, non-porous surface of klinker coatings prevents the accumulation of dirt, bacteria, and mold, reducing the risk of contamination and facilitating cleaning and sanitization. Thanks to their considerable strength, thickness ranging from 10 to 40 mm, and wide joint installation, surfaces made from this material can withstand heavy loads and the continuous passage of machinery and equipment.
Even drastic temperature changes have no effect on klinker, which maintains its structural integrity even under extreme conditions, such as prolonged exposure to high heat or cold.

The established hygiene and safety requirements are the result of a series of specific factors, which we list below:

Klinker surfaces possess all of these characteristics and offer numerous advantages, making them optimal solutions in the industries mentioned. In contrast, these substances can damage common resin coatings.
Klinker maintains its structure over time because it is also highly impermeable and does not deform from liquid absorption. Worker safety is ensured by the roughness of the tiles, with certifications R10-R13, which reduces the risk of accidents, even in areas where fats and liquids are present.
As we highlighted, correct installation of the tiles is crucial to achieving a durable, high-quality solution. Therefore, along with the use of bacteriostatic resins and traditional shapes, we include special pieces that prevent the formation of 90° angles and joints. This way, organic residues or other harmful substances cannot accumulate, preventing bacterial growth.
